Grateful to share a significant victory from the Delhi High Court in the matter of Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. vs. NHAI.

Our Managing Partner, Adv. Nitesh Jain, had the privilege of representing Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. and successfully secured a crucial relief challenging the Show Cause Notice-cum-Suspension issued by NHAI.

The Hon’ble Court, recognizing the absence of a prior hearing and the serious consequences of suspension, has kept the suspension order in abeyance until the final decision, while directing NHAI to provide a fair hearing and pass a reasoned order thereafter.
