Today, Hon’ble High Court at Lucknow has ruled in favour of our client M/s Adore Infrasmith Pvt Ltd [Adore] and passed a well-reasoned judgment against Yamuna Express Industrial Development Authority [YEIDA], whereby, High Court restored the cancelled plot of 100 acers in Yamuna Authority in favour of M/s Adore and directed hand over the physical possession. Bench of Hon’ble Justice Pankaj Bhatia held that the allotment letter issued by YEIDA was without having actual physical possession of the entire Land and the same was in breach of the condition of the reservation letter, accordingly, demands raised by the YEIDA were bad in law. Over the years, authority has misled by not stating the clear facts. Even State Government also got mislead by YEIDA and dismissed revision petition against cancellation of plot.
